Step 02
Complete the form
Enter your details, affiliation, and paper ID (for authors). Double-check email — confirmation arrives there.
Step 03
Pay the fee
Use the indicated bank transfer / payment gateway reference. Keep the transaction receipt for verification.
Step 04
Get confirmation
Secretariat verifies payment and emails your registration ID, invoice, and hybrid access details.

Before you register
Important registration notes
One author registration per paper
At least one author of each accepted paper must register in the Author category for inclusion in the programme and proceedings.
Early vs late window
Early bird closes with the camera-ready deadline (15 September 2026). Late registration remains open until conference check-in.
Student verification
Upload or email a valid student ID within 48 hours of submitting the form. Unverified student fees may be adjusted to Delegate rate.
Refunds
Cancellations requested 30+ days before the event receive a 50% refund (excluding gateway charges). No refunds within 30 days of the conference.
Payment confirmation
Keep your transaction receipt and registration email. The secretariat issues a registration ID only after fee verification — bring this ID for on-campus check-in or hybrid access.
