Author guidelines

Prepare a submission the committee can review with confidence

  1. Original research only

Submit unpublished work that is not under review at another venue. Dual submissions will be desk-rejected.

  2. Follow the template

Use the official manuscript format and respect length limits for full papers and short papers as listed on the portal.

  3. Anonymize for review

Remove author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements from the review PDF. Cite prior work neutrally.

  4. Ethics & originality

Declare conflicts of interest. Plagiarism, fabricated results, or unethical data use are grounds for rejection.

  5. Figures & references

Ensure figures are readable in greyscale print and references are complete, consistent, and correctly formatted.

  6. Presentation commitment

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present (on-campus or hybrid as assigned).
